They say "organic" is dead. Not the food of course, it's doing very well. No, organic reach on social media is what I'm talking about. Well, think again, for we proved the pundits wrong.
The Mayo Clinic and YouTube approached us to help them launch expert and trusted healthcare content series on the video platform - where health misinformation had reached all times high at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. We conducted thorough audits around the 50 most searched conditions, identifying patterns of engagement, influential creators and pitfalls to avoid. We created a handful of content franchises (recognizable, repeatable social-first formats), produced, edited and rolled out close to 100 videos in less than 9 months.
